Sunrise Properties

Sunrise Village Townhomes (68 units) and Sunrise Place (64 units) are located off primary traffic ways in a strong Tier 3 market. We implemented significant improvements to the properties including major landscape, hardscape, concrete, and pool upgrades. Our interior improvements included new paint, flooring, stainless steel appliances, and the implementation of an environmentally friendly water conservation program that greatly reduced the resident’s water bills.

After the implementation of these programs and the corresponding increase in NOI, we exited the properties providing investors with returns above our initial projections.
