McCallum Communities is a 419-unit apartment complex located directly in the path of progress and one of DFW’s most rapidly growing submarkets. This location affords residents access to many of the metroplex’s major employment hubs including Downtown Dallas, Toyota Headquarters, Telecom Corridor, Legacy West, The Platinum Corridor, International Business Park, FedEx Corporate Campus among many others.

We acquired this property in mid-2020 and had great success executing our business plan to make improvements to the property, which included renovating the exterior of the property, eliminating cured deferred maintenance, and modernizing unit interiors.
