Parkwyn is located in a highly desirable submarket situated 15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, which employs 46,000 people with a payroll exceeding $3 billion annually.  The submarket has great demographics with strong average household income and rental growth rates.

Prior ownership renovated 11 units which commanded rental rates $150 - $250  above the classic units. We are implementing our signature value add on the remaining 230 units.  Our upgrades to the interiors includes new appliance packages, countertops and backsplash and upgraded lighting and fixtures.  For exteriors, we are adding solar screens, cedar patio fencing and making upgrades tot eh roofs, parking lot, HVAC and perimeter fencing.
