Broadway Ridge Apartments (72 units) and Stoneside Apartments & Townhomes (44 units) are located in Kansas City’s Northland Submarket. These assets are conveniently located just off 169 Highway and are minutes away from nationally anchored restaurants and retail.

We implemented extensive  interior and exterior capital improvement projects throughout the properties. With these improvements in place we made them much nicer, cleaner and safer communities for the residents.  

Having achieved our goals, we have exited these properties and provided our investors with returns that exceeded our initial projections.
